SingPro 2.0 has evolved from its original focus on pure single-cell proteomics (SCP) to comprehensive proteomics-centric information for single-cell multimodal profiling.
We provide raw data, processed profiles, and experimental details for both traditional SCP studies (MS- and flow cytometry-based) and advanced single-cell multimodal research centered on proteomics. Now, our foundational collection of 204 SCP studies (>625 million cells, >16,000 proteins) is expanded with 814 new multimodal studies profiling approximately 81.5 million cells.
This update seamlessly integrates 5 distinct omics modalities (proteome, transcriptome, genome, spatial transcriptome, epigenome and others) across 12 experimental technologies, 29 tissues, and 44 diseases from multiple species (including homo sapiens, mus musculus, macaca mulatta and sus scrofa).
